About the Role
As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will contribute to meaningful work that has a positive global impact. This role sits within the Commercial Excellence / Sales Operations function and supports revenue growth by leveraging data, optimizing CRM systems, and enabling effective commercial decision-making.
You will work closely with local commercial teams to improve data visibility, enhance CRM utilization, and provide actionable insights that support business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM system management (e.g., Salesforce) including data governance, pipeline tracking, and user support, while supporting CRM adoption and utilization across Korea in collaboration with the global team
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM and reporting systems
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs using advanced Excel
Perform data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, forecasting, trend analysis) to identify business opportunities and risks
Support pipeline management and sales forecasting in collaboration with commercial teams
Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and support revenue growth
Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to enhance processes and improve commercial efficiency
Support initiatives related to commercial excellence and sales performance tracking
Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, business analytics, or related roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect data insights to business impact
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial excellence / sales enablement
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of ERP systems
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry
