Cardinal Health Production Assembler/Packer in Gananoque, Canada

We are looking for positive, team-oriented individuals to join our Gananoque manufacturing centre to support the production department. Join our team to make an impact in various roles of assembly, inspecting and packaging product while ensuring quality standards are met.

Pay: $19.00 (based on shift, shift deferential applies)

Your Contributions to the Organization may range from:

  • Inspection and packaging of electrodes to ensure quality, according to a set of guidelines and specifications

  • Manual assembly of various components using good hand/eye dexterity into finished products

  • Operate semi-automated equipment for production of infant electrodes

  • Assembly, including ultrasonic welding, molding, inspection for production of fetal scalp electrodes

  • Package product into cartons, load cartons onto skids and transport completed orders for shipment

  • Ensure required documentation is legible and completed during the shift

  • Rework duties as assigned for any product requiring rework and/or re-inspection

This Job might be for you if:

  • You have a High School diploma

  • You are detail orientated and take pride in producing work with high accuracy while achieving standard goals

  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working in both a sitting and standing/walking position

  • You are comfortable lifting up to 10 lbs., work using repetitive motion, working with small components

  • You are able to assemble and/or visually inspect products for a prolonged period of time

  • You appreciate working in team environment where clear communication and quality control are crucial

  • Various shifts are available based on the positions and departments

  • You have a general knowledge of an industrial/manufacturing environment

  • You have some computer skills

Pay range : $ 19.00 per hour

Bonus eligible : Yes. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
