Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations for electric motor production. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for electric motor production, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality control initiatives, investigations and studies to ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, UL, CE, and other applicable U.S. and international regulations.
