Hiring Painter and Body Work Associate in Gallatin, TN!
Job Description
This is a full-time position that initially requires training on the dayshift before transitioning to a 3rd shift schedule from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am. The role involves operating sanders (both wet and dry), grinders, and pressurized paint guns. Familiarity with one-stage paint and power tools is preferred but not required. Applicants must pass a Respirator Fit Test and will be required to wear an N95 respirator while working.
Responsibilities
Operate wet and dry sanders, grinders, and pressurized paint guns.
Conduct paint preparation and auto body finishing.
Perform spray painting and industrial painting tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, including wearing an N95 respirator.
Participate in an on-site paint test to demonstrate qualifications.
Essential Skills
Experience in auto body work and sanding.
Ability to operate industrial painting equipment such as spray painters and grinders.
Skill in paint preparation and application techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with one-stage paint and power tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a job shop environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
