We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and grow our Assistive Care office in Gaithersburg, MD, serving adult clients across Montgomery County and parts of Frederick County. $90,000 base salary + $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 4 quarters)
Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) – no weekends

? What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of both patient care and team leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire field staff to deliver exceptional care
Conduct in-home client assessments and develop personalized care plans
Oversee care delivery and ensure the highest clinical standards
Supervise and support HHAs and CNAs in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff training
Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture
✅ What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years of RN experience
Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for patient-centered care and team development
