Be the Best Sr Director Inpatient Center Operations You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Master’s Degree preferred
4+ years clinical management experience
Registered Nurse License in all applicable states
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification
Responsibilities:
As a Sr Director Inpatient Center Operations, you will:
Participates in Monthly and Quarterly Clinical & Medical Director Meetings and Team Director Boot Camps as needed
Assists with Inpatient Center start-up operations and preparedness for accreditation surveys
Contribute to strategic planning with a growth mindset, locally and nationally
Serves as clinical expert for all AccentCare Inpatient Center locations, including 24/7 on-call situations
Collaborates with the Learning and Development department
Reviews inpatient audit reports to support clinical services, including process improvement and budget analysis in partnership with the Director of Clinical Informatics
Assists in maintaining site-specific staffing budget
