 Assist in documenting requirements for engineering projects to ensure they are clear and traceable.

 Support the collection and organization of requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

 Participate in requirements reviews with team members and subject matter experts.

 Assist in tracking verification and validation tasks to support project timelines and goals.

 Assist in preparing product verification plans under guidance from senior team members.

 Provide updates on the status of requirements and validation activities as needed.

Candidate skills & requirements

At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Material Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or 12 years equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.

• Preferred 1 year of experience in an engineering-related field, Systems Engineering, Requirements Management or Requirements Validation and Verification.

• Willing to learn how to translate product requirements into product specifications and assist with creating compliance matrices under guidance.

• Basic ability to read and understand 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, with support from senior team members.

• Able to create simple written communications (e.g., emails, reports) and use standard office equipment (e.g., computer, printer).

• Able to read and understand basic technical documents and instructions.

• Possesses clear verbal communication skills in English to work effectively with the team.
