Collaborate with our production team to drive continuous improvements and uphold the highest safety and quality standards for our products.

  • Schedule: 7:45 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.(15 days a month,84 hours a pay period)

  • Work Environment:Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects andidentifyroot cause corrective actions.

  • Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.

  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing onmaintainingproduct integrity.

  • Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.

  • Exhibit a team-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated approach.
