About the Role
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production operations in a fast-paced, USDA-regulated facility. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoy hands-on work and solving problems on the fly.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Support high-speed processing lines, conveyors, motors, and packaging equipment
Assist with equipment changeovers and line adjustments
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety/USDA guidelines
Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime
Work collaboratively with production and sanitation teams
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience in food, poultry, or meat processing is a strong plus
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical components
Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley) preferred
Ability to work in a cold, wet, or fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and reliability

This is a Contract position based out of Gainesville, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr.
