Job Summary and Qualifications
The Supervisor of Rehab Therapy ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of a specific shift or segment of operations of the Rehab Therapy team. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, the Supervisor coordinates appropriate staffing levels and treatment schedules and monitors the amount/type/quality of the therapy services provided. The Supervisor guides the provision of therapeutic care to achieve optimal outcomes and excellence in patient satisfaction. The Supervisor can also function as a licensed therapist and administer therapy modalities and treatment as prescribed by the licensed physician.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required
