CT Technologist (Radiology)
Location: Gainesville, FL Position Type: Full-Time | Allied Health Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Compensation & Shift Incentives
Our competitive pay structure is designed to reward clinical expertise and commitment to specialized shifts.
Hourly Rate: $29.56 – $36.95/hr (Commensurate with years of experience).
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates.
Premium Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$ 2.00/hr
Nights: +$ 3.00/hr
Weekends: +$ 5.00/hr

Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of CT experience. (Acute care experience required for FSED placements).
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Licensure: Current Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.
Certification: ARRT (R) is required ; ARRT (CT) registry is highly preferred .
Life Support: BLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality CT and Radiology procedures with minimal supervision and high technical accuracy.
Patient Advocacy: Provide specialized care to a diverse patient demographic, ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
Diagnostic Integrity: Utilize independent judgment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation safely and effectively.
Safety Standards: Champion a culture of patient safety and quality in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Pay Details: $29.56 to $36.95 per hour
