Job Summary and Qualifications
Performs record keeping, clerical, and cash deposit functions for the department.
Recruiter to check inserted requirements to ensure it included all credentials below. Then they should delete the credentials
Reconciles deposits, keeps money accurate in safe, cash drawers and change drawer. Ensures enough change for business day.
Coordinates the posting weekly meeting room schedules.
Assists in coordinating schedules for catered functions and communicates food/room set-ups requests to the Catering Dept. in a timely manner.
Updates employee attendance calendar and report.
Picks up, prepares, and distributes paychecks. Handles Kronos timekeeping in absence of Director.
Maintains personnel files including new employee packets.
Timely processes invoices.
Accurately submits Accounting reports in a timely manner.
Ensures equipment (computer, cash register, copy machine, fax machine, etc.) operates properly.
Computrition coordinator: Maintains Hospitality Suite and Suite Point, updates food items, pricing, runs month end reports
Designated Computrition trainer for all NCA's Resolves any issues with programing updates in coordination with CNM
POS System administrator - Designated Trainer for all new Cashiers Resolves any issues with programing new items, updating reports, in coordination with the Assistant Director
Completes Service Audits of NCA's 1 unit per week, resolving any issues, posts Daily NCA report reflecting Meal Selections obtained = patient Satisfaction
Performs duties such as filing, copying, typing memos, answer phone calls, distributing mail, sending fax information, etc.
Handles special purchases for offices. Reviews and assists with CER
Maintains departmental telephone list.
Special projects are completed in timely manner.
Attends mandatory department meetings and educational in-services.
Improves workload through creativity. Questions / changes processes used to do duties.
Performs other related functions as assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
High School Graduate / GED
3 to 5 years administrative office/secretarial experience.
