Physical Therapist – Gainesville, FL

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | New Hospital Opening May 2026

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a brand-new, 90-bed full-service medical and surgical acute care hospital opening in May 2026 in Gainesville, Florida.

This state-of-the-art facility will offer comprehensive emergency care, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery (orthopedic, general, and spine), and a 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join from the ground up and be part of a growing, patient-centered team.

Compensation & Incentives

• $35.77/hr – New Grad / Minimum

• $44.71/hr – Mid-Level (10 years)

• $49.18/hr – Maximum (16+ years)

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Relocation Assistance (case-by-case basis)

Schedule

• Days: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Rotating weekends

• Staggered scheduling based on hospital needs

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and improve quality of life following illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain

• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately

• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe recovery techniques

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Mentor therapy assistants or students as appropriate

Qualifications

• Active State Physical Therapist License (Required)

• Vocational School Graduate (Required)

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

Pay Details: $35.77 to $49.18 per hour
