Overview Note: By applying to this position, your application is automatically submitted to our Summer Internship Program openings in over 150 locations throughout the U.S TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Workplace Development Interns for our Summer 2026 intern program out of our Boston, MA Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2026 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams by focusing on improvement initiatives Will be supported by leaders, mentors and teammates Assist with mentorship program logistics, including applications, follow-up emails, and the development of materials to help participants stay engaged. Assist with the research, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives related to the DEI team. Conduct research, data entry, and data analysis (proficiency in Excel required). Assist with reporting tasks. Assist with subcontracting plans by evaluating forms and requirements related to diverse suppliers. Support learning sessions by coordinating logistics, collecting survey data, and providing data analysis. Collaborate with colleagues to prepare marketing materials for learning sessions. Support the development of content for internal posts. Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with data collection. Collaborate on developing PowerPoint presentations and provide recommendations. Research best practices in adult learning. Attend team meetings, assist with developing agendas, and action items as requested. Provide project coordination support and track progress. Research best practices for energy efficiency engagement. Assist with D&I West and Rockies calendar and logistics Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum GPA of 3.0 Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Possesses strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail orientated person Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Willingness to contribute ideas and offer opinions Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow Benefits*: TRC offers a competitive benefit package consisting of: Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance. 401k package that includes both traditional and Roth IRA options and Company match.
