Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our blade department. The role involves loading and unloading materials on the production line, with a weight limit of 20 lbs per item, quality control, and machine operation.
Responsibilities
Load and unload materials on the production line.
Use measurement tools for quality control.
Operate production equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Good attention to detail.
Willingness to perform repetitive work.
Experience with measurement tools.
Experience with machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with punch press, drill press, or CNC machinery.
Experience in metal manufacturing or metalworking.

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and quiet, with team collaboration being a key element. Employees will be required to be on their feet for long hours, working primarily on the second shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Training will be provided on the day shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
