Printing Technical Sales Representative

Pay Rate :

$93,400 - $124,500

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

International Paper's Printing Plate/Ink division seeks an initiative-taking, self-managing support/service professionals for account support, internal growth, and project management to be based in GA serving GA, TN, SC, FL.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined self-starter with effective communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with all levels of management and hourly personnel. This role ensures that IP Box Plant personnel, National Account Managers, National Account Coordinators, Sales Reps and Project Managers receive timely plate support and box graphic training, driving the sale of enhanced, multi-color container graphic containers leading to higher profit margins.

  • Providing exceptional internal account support and customer service for printing plate and ink needs.

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with our Preprint facility in Tucker, GA.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to manage projects from initiation to completion.

  • Facilitating training and support for box graphic processes to enhance container graphic printed images.

  • Serving as Plate Project Manager with National Account Managers/National Account Coordinators/plant for plate integration, graphic

  • Identify opportunities for internal growth and process improvement.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • 5 years’ experience in Sales/Customer and graphics necessary.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in printing, packaging, or related industries.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
