Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (CFY)

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approx. 37.5 hours/week
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Contract Length: 16–18 weeks (ESY)
Position Overview
Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (CFY) to support schools in Fort Myers, FL. This role offers an excellent mentored clinical experience providing speech and language services to students across elementary through high school levels.
Clinical Fellows will work under the supervision of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and provide services in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
There are 20 openings across various school sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior SLPs in evaluating, planning, and delivering speech-language therapy services.
Provide direct services to a caseload of approximately 50–60 students.
Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and service planning.
Deliver therapy aligned with district guidelines and ASHA standards.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and district support teams.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
Eligible for or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if required).
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Grade Levels: Elementary through high school
Caseload: 50–60 students
District-provided supervision
Weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday
