About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our high-performing team. Our clinic emphasizes quality over volume by providing true 1:1 patient care , allowing clinicians the time and autonomy needed to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload, including post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general orthopedic conditions.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on care.
Collaborate with referring physicians and fellow rehab professionals.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term injury prevention.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Participate in clinical meetings, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education programs.
Opportunity of advancement through our clinical ladder program
Minimum Qualifications :
* Graduate of Accredited School of Physical Therapy is required.
Licensure/Certifications :
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required
*BLS through American Heart Association
*Orthopedic certifications preferred
*Strong Orthopedic background required
