Trinity Health Nurse Educator - ED in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Must be able to work a flexible schedule*

*Organizing and coordinating organization-wide training and development programs with particular focus on clinical education in the Emergency Room

  • Incorporates Standard Practices into teaching outlines, as applicable, with interdisciplinary teams for Standard Practice review and revision

*Researches teaching resources, designs, develops, obtains audio-visuals and other aids; Implements program evaluation studies and makes appropriate recommendations or modifications to programs to assure attainment of pre-established goals; coordinates efforts with community-based programs, and all related functions as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy ED Department

  • Critical Care or ED Course a Plus

Licensure/Certification:

  • Florida RN license

  • ACLS, BLS, PALS
