Warehouse Equipment Operator – Earn $23.50/hr + Up to $5/hr Bonus (Choose Your Shift!)

Ferguson Distribution Center – Front Royal, VA

Pay & Benefits

  • $23.50/hour base pay

  • Monthly performance bonus: Earn an additional $2–$5/hour

  • Bonuses paid monthly for strong performance and consistency

  • Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

  • Benefits start after just 30 days (medical, dental, vision, etc.)

Schedule – Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life

  • Mid Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers)

  • Pick, stage, and store products accurately and efficiently

  • Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks

  • Build pallets and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

  • Warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training provided for the right candidates)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
