What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain equipment essential to aggregate production.
Perform general plant cleanup, including shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal.
Assist with routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Support production teams with loading, processing, and stockpile management.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
What We Are Looking For
Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
Strong awareness of equipment operation and basic mechanical aptitude.
Reliability and readiness to contribute in a fast‑paced production setting.
Willingness to perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
