We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Install Technician to join our supportive, team-oriented crew for the upcoming season.
Position Overview {#position-overview data-start="562" end="585"}
This is a seasonal, full-time position working alongside a small team on a variety of landscape projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities {#responsibilities data-start="809" end="831"}
Perform detailed spring clean-ups (bed preparation, pruning, edging, mulching)
Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
Support hardscape and garden installation tasks as needed
Perform thorough fall clean-ups and seasonal property preparation
Safely operate hand tools and small equipment
Maintain a clean, organized job site
Deliver high-quality work that reflects our commitment to excellence
Qualifications {#qualifications data-start="1322" end="1342"}
Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a small team
Valid drivers license preferred
