Aerotek Fabrication Machine Operator in Fridley, Minnesota

Machine Operator - 1st and Weekend Shift Available!

What You’ll Do

  • Operate mechanical or CNC punch press equipment

  • Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and inspection tools

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain high standards for quality, precision, and safety

  • Learn fabrication equipment and progress toward setup and advanced roles

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of machine operating experience (punch, brake, or fabrication preferred)

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Willingness to learn and grow your technical skillset

Nice to Have

  • Blueprint reading experience

  • Familiarity with inspection tools

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM

  • Work 36 hours, get paid for 40

  • 1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
