Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable Driver / Shipping Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse operations for a well-established machining company in Fridley. This role focuses on safely transporting products between facilities and vendors while assisting with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks. Training is available for candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Location: Fridley, MN Wage: $18 $22/hr., based on experience Hours: 6:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday (overtime may be required on Fridays) Benefits of the driver / shipping associate: Health insurance with low employee cost Dental and life insurance Voluntary life insurance options 401(k) with company match Profit sharing program Health savings account Employee referral incentives Employee recognition program Employee assistance program Paid holidays and paid time off Internal growth and advancement opportunities Duties of the driver / shipping associate: Safely operate a company delivery van to transport materials Use a forklift to load and unload parts and shipments Label, package, and verify products meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Document completed tasks and update warehouse systems Use RF software to track, store, and put away products Assist with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping services Follow directions from leads and supervisors to support workflow Organize and file shipping documentation Verify products and components before packaging Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned Requirements of the driver / shipping associate: Valid U.S. driver s license with a clean driving record Forklift experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks Ability to stand or sit for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Basic English communication skills Additional information: For questions about this driver / shipping associate position, please contact Nancy at 763-571-7077.
