Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, California. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the food and food processing industry, where you will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate customer orders, including pricing, document requests, and inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated systems, providing guidance to internal users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance competitive positioning.
• Monitor and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with medium to complex data-driven projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Provide timely and effective communication to customers regarding order updates and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using Windows PC and related software applications.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage customer data.
