Adecco US, Inc. Production Administrative Assistant in Fresno, California
Adecco Staffing is currently hiring a Part-Time Production Administrative Assistant in Fresno, CA, starting at $19.00 per hour and working approximately 30 hours per week. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the production and warehouse teams
Maintain and update production reports, logs, and spreadsheets
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and updates
Support inventory tracking and basic reporting
Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
Qualifications
Prior administrative experience required
Previous administrative experience in a warehouse or production setting highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
