Construction Laborer – 40+ hours, year‑round!
Description:
If you're looking for steady, year‑round shop work and enjoy hands‑on repair tasks, this is the position for you! A busy modular trailer facility in Fremont, NE is hiring Repair Technicians to renovate, repair, and restore modular trailers. This is a fast‑paced but fun shop environment with an energetic team and consistent weekly hours. We offer a quick interview process to get you started ASAP! Technicians will perform a mix of carpentry, repair, installation, painting, electrical basics, and general maintenance. If you can use hand and power tools and like working with your hands, you'll fit in great here.
Responsibilities:
• Repair and replace trailer floors, windows, and doors
• Perform interior and exterior painting
• Install weather stripping and complete basic carpentry and electrical repairs
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove, install, and rebuild components
• Clean and refresh trailers (similar to cleaning and prepping an apartment)
• Follow daily work instructions and maintain a clean, safe shop environment
Essential Skills:
• General labor or construction
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install components
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong attention to detail
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Positive attitude and ability to mesh well with the current team
• Reliable attendance — show up on time and ready to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
