What's the Job?
Review incoming photos and associated text to ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards
Validate submissions against acceptance criteria including content, technical, and eligibility requirements
Handle sensitive information in accordance with company privacy policies and children’s privacy laws
Support a 24/7 engagement center, which may require availability during evenings and weekends
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all review processes
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills and problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
