As a Test Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of validating new product introductions (NPI) and existing medical device products. Your focus will be on developing innovative test methods, improving automation within processes, and updating documentation to ensure seamless validation.
Responsibilities
Develop new test methods to improve efficiency in validating medical device products.
Focus on improving automation in the testing process.
Build and design test tools and fixtures.
Update and maintain accurate documentation.
Work specifically on products such as catheters, guide wires, and implants.
Ensure that the testing is mechanically focused to achieve set goals.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in test development.
Expertise in fixture design.
Strong skills in validation processes.
Proficiency in automation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in developing testing methods for medical devices.
Mechanical focus in testing methodologies.
Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $76.00/hr.
