Job Title: Solar General Labor Job Description
We are seeking dedicated solar laborers and installers to join our team and utilize basic hand tools for changing out clamps on an existing solar project. You will be responsible for completing tasks in a timely and safe manner while following specific instructions. Comfort with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, glasses, vest, hard hat, and face shield is required. The role involves general labor tasks including dismantling racks, assembling components, heavy lifting, and working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Use basic hand tools to change out clamps on existing solar projects.
Complete tasks in a timely and safe manner following specific instructions.
Perform general labor tasks such as dismantling and assembling racks.
Comfortable with heavy lifting and working outdoors.
Adhere to safety standards and utilize PPE as required.
Essential Skills
Experience with solar installation and general labor in a construction setting.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Experience in commercial solar installation and assembly.
OSHA 10 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in utility scale solar (R&D or field).
Forklift certification, 5k or 10k telehandler certification, Gradall certification.
Forklift operation experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
