Job Title: Service Technician (Mobile) Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Service Technician with a construction and/or production background to join our team. We value individuals who are versatile within the construction industry, possessing skills in electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, and welding. A strong desire to learn and grow within our company is essential.
Responsibilities
Act in accordance with Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
Attend periodic safety meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Operate a company vehicle safely while maintaining a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
Perform repairs to mobile office trailers, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting.
Conduct check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and invoice damages.
Create floor plan drawings as needed.
Perform modifications as requested by customers.
Maintain inventory levels of equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks.
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs and services to customers.
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery at stated quality levels.
Perform service-related tasks in the yard as requested.
Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
Perform HVAC system checks and maintenance.
May be assigned duties at field locations as business needs.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months to a year of experience in construction (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, mechanical, plumbing, welding) and/or production.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Some computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Carpentry knowledge and experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Veteran-friendly; military experience is valued.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
