Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting various product and quality process server inspections. You will document inspection results by completing reports and logs, inputting data correctly into the quality database, and conducting daily audits of your assigned area to verify tools for proper torque and calibrations. You will ensure proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Perform computer-based quality control tasks, including accessing and completing checklists in Excel and retrieving documentation from internal databases.
Navigate work order systems to verify part information and enter inspection results using online forms.
Capture footage of servers before they go to test and repair teams, covering incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Participate in a one-week training program at the training center, followed by 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training.
Perform NPI Quality Control roles at a later time, checking products, calibrations, and reconfigurations.
Essential Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly and final inspection.
Familiarity with electronics, schematics, and blueprints.
Quality control and quality inspection experience.
Transferable skills from any manufacturing space are highly valued.
No prior server experience required; training will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
