Adecco is assisting Bloom Energy in finding a Process Technician to support sample preparation, testing, and general lab operations in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role supports production, quality, and engineering teams by preparing parts, maintaining equipment, and assisting with routine lab tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands‑on production, lab, or manufacturing experience who want to grow within a clean‑energy technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare samples and parts for testing, inspection, and basic analysis.
Assist with daily lab operations, including simple testing and measurements.
Track and document samples and maintain organized records.
Perform routine cleaning, upkeep, and basic maintenance of lab tools and equipment.
Support quality and production investigations by preparing parts for review.
Help manage inventory of lab consumables and restock supplies as needed.
Build or set up basic fixtures or tools for handling samples.
Perform general lab and production support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a lab environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience using lab equipment or automated tools is helpful but not required—training available.
Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
