Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Fremont, CA in search of an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician. This is an overnight shift with a 3-4-3 schedule. Apply Now!

Facilities Maintenance Technician

Night Shift | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. $35/hr + 15% differential = $40.25/hr

3/4 Rotating Schedule (Thursday–Saturday + alternating Wednesday)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems

  • Monitor and maintain fire safety and alarm systems

  • Complete preventive maintenance and manage work orders

  • Perform general facility repairs (painting, patching, minor flooring, furniture repairs, office moves)

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors

  • Respond to emergencies and ensure code compliance

  • Travel between buildings as needed

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
