Facilities Maintenance Technician
Night Shift | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. $35/hr + 15% differential = $40.25/hr
3/4 Rotating Schedule (Thursday–Saturday + alternating Wednesday)
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
Monitor and maintain fire safety and alarm systems
Complete preventive maintenance and manage work orders
Perform general facility repairs (painting, patching, minor flooring, furniture repairs, office moves)
Coordinate with contractors and vendors
Respond to emergencies and ensure code compliance
Travel between buildings as needed
What You Bring
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
