We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Electronics to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of power electronics systems for innovative energy products. Responsibilities
Design and develop power electronics systems for innovative energy products.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of power electronics systems.
Engage in PCB layout and schematic capture.
Participate in the selection and validation of new components.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers to innovate and improve energy solutions.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Altium for PCB layout and schematic capture.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with power electronics and lab work to bring up new boards and test products.
Proficient in using lab tools such as oscilloscopes and function generators.
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience or a Master's degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with simulation tools such as Spice, PLECS, or Matlab.
Strong fundamentals in power electronics or extensive lab experience.
Work Environment
The position is primarily onsite from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays offering remote work unless onsite presence is required. You will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders in a world-leading solar tracking developer environment that is growing and developing a new platform.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
