L.L.Bean is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders in Supply Chain. In this role you will perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties in support of VP/Director level executives and their teams. Discretionary judgement, considerable knowledge of company organization, policy, and personnel are required to accomplish work assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize complex calendars for Supply Chain senior leaders, proactively prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high‑priority inquiries, upholding L.L.Bean’s corporate image.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with visa requirements and detailed itineraries.

  • Prepare and edit executive‑level materials, including presentations and communications.

  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships across Supply Chain and cross‑functional partners.

  • Coordinate fittings and documentation for Technical Design in partnership with modeling agencies.

  • Plan and execute departmental events such as leadership offsites, vendor weeks, department celebrations.

  • Support monthly Supply Chain All Hands meetings by coordinating logistics, data collection, and presentation materials.

  • Manage the Supply Chain SharePoint site, posting recordings, decks, newsletters, and IM News.

  • Submit requests in the Jira Service Management portal for equipment, software, access and roles for current and new department members.

  • Organize administrative workflows, maintain departmental files, and manage office logistics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint

  • AI familiarity is helpful

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets & presentations

  • Exceptional organizational, time management & prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Skilled in business correspondence

  • Demonstrated problem solving & troubleshooting skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

  • Ability to delegate certain clerical tasks as appropriate
