Aerotek Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire in Freeport, Illinois
3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. If you enjoy hands‑on problem‑solving, equipment repair, and working in one of the cleanest shops around, this is the opportunity for you.
You’ll perform mid- to expert-level repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment installations, and troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive maintenance and mid-to-advanced repairs
Troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical circuitry and controls
Read and work from schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Fabricate, install, move, disassemble, and reassemble machinery
Diagnose issues and support equipment upgrades or rearrangements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $61360.00 - $68970.00/yr.
Performance evaluation and opportunity for raise at 90 days $2,500 sign on bonus
