Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to join our team! As an LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate the performance of LPNs and CNAs, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Assist with the development and implementation of care plans and treatment programs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a supervisory role
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
