Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nursing staff
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
Perform vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Work Environment:
Allaire Rehab & Nursing is a 174-bed Special Care Nursing Facility (SCNF) in Freehold, New Jersey, offering long-term care and therapy for individuals with neurological impairment
