Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Weekend Warrior team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, New Jersey. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Assist with mealtime and nourishment, including feeding and hydration
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
Participate in care planning and goal setting with multidisciplinary team members
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
