Job Description
Join a passionate team at a family-owned capital equipment manufacturing company renowned for producing large assembly lines for industry leaders. The company takes immense pride in its work and seeks a dedicated individual to join their machining department.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Press Brake in the Machining department.
Collaborate with a team of 4-6 people, depending on project demands.
Perform 8 to 10 changeovers daily on highly customized pieces.
Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure precise machining.
Train less experienced operators and demonstrate leadership skills.
Essential Skills
CNC Press Brake experience.
Proficient in performing setups and changeovers.
Blueprint and drawing interpretation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to program CNC machinery is a plus.
Experience with Trumpf brand machinery is a plus.
Experience in capital equipment building.

Work Environment
Located in Fredericktown, OH, the facility is custom-made to accommodate the size of capital equipment production. The machining department includes Trumpf CNC Milling Centers and manual mills/lathes. The work environment requires PPE per OSHA standards and involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and high noise levels. Employees must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and participate in two-way communication. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKTOWN, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
