NOW HIRING: Machine Operators LOCATION: Fredericktown, OH (Knox County) $16.50/hr with pay increases at 3-months and 6-months One time $500 retention bonus for reaching 1000 hours worked! We're currently hiring Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality parts using simplified machines and ensuring each component meets precise specifications. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Loading and stocking parts into machines - Visual inspection of each part for quality and defects - Performing quality checks multiple times per shift (micron-level tolerances - 1/1000 of a mm) - Conducting machine checks and identifying potential faults - Troubleshooting basic machine issues as they arise - Following established non-conforming part procedures - Executing machine changeovers and tool changes - Performing machine master sets - Using their manufacturing system to track part production and quality - Providing clear and thorough end-of-shift pass down to the next shift operators SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5 X 8 hours; Overtime as scheduled - 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm - 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm - 3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - High attention to detail and a focus on quality - Willingness to work in a team-driven environment - Ability to learn and follow technical procedures - Mechanical aptitude or previous manufacturing experience is required for machine operator position - Comfortable using digital/electronic systems - Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn and lift between 26-50 lbs throughout the shift WHY JOIN US? - Stable, full-time hours in a growing company - Training provided on machines and systems - Supportive team environment - Competitive pay & benefits package (including health, dental, vision, 401k) - New hire bonus - Referral bonus - Holiday pay bonus - Vacation pay bonus *Apply using the provided link https://jobs.shannonstaffing.com/jb/Machine-Operator-Manufacturing-facility-16-50-hr-Jobs-in-Fredericktown-OH/12507005{rel="nofollow"} *
