NOW HIRING: Machine Loader - 1st & 2nd Shift LOCATION: Fredericktown, OH (Knox County) Are you ready to build a solid career in manufacturing? We're hiring dependable Machine Loaders for 1st and 2nd shift positions. $16.50/hr with pay increases at 3 months and 6 months One time $500 retention bonus for reaching 1000 hours worked! SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 4 x 10 hr shifts; Overtime as scheduled -1st Shift Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM -2nd Shift Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As a team player in the beginning stages of the manufacturing process where parts come to life, your attention to detail, and determination to start the process off right matters! Your effort in the team environment will be key to your success! Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Load ingots into machines for processing -Perform visual inspections of every part to ensure quality -File parts as required for finishing -Empty pits and scrap bins to keep the area clean and safe -Assist with general machine area cleaning and blowouts -Replace oil and lubricants as part of regular maintenance -Prepare empty carts and move finished lots to proper staging areas -Operate shot blast equipment as a backup -Regularly lift 20+ pounds throughout your shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -Strong work ethic and ability to work independently -Attention to detail and a focus on quality -Physical ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, cleaning, moving parts) -Willingness to work in a team setting within the manufacturing environment -Previous experience manufacturing experience is preferred -Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn and lift between 26-50 lbs throughout the shift
