$15-$17 an Hour
Description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in clients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
· Provide health care services in patients residences
· Perform domestic and household tasks
· Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
· Reminder to self-administer of prescribed medications
· Assist with client's personal care activities
· Monitor patients and report on their condition
· Maintain patients care records and document provided services
· Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
· Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
· Perform meal prepping and assist with feeding
· Assist with basic housekeeping
· Running Errands for the client in your own vehicle
· Work under supervision of nursing supervisor
· Be responsible for observing, reporting, and documenting observations and care performed for the client
· Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the client
Requirements
· Proven experience as a home health aide and/or your STNA certificate.
· Caring and Compassionate
· Dependable
· Current CPR card
· Driver's License
· Proof of car insurance
· High School diploma
