Die Cast Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Die Cast Operators to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, moving metal parts throughout the facility, and setting up machines while assisting with repairs and troubleshooting. This position is for the 3rd shift, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with three openings available.
Responsibilities
Load and unload die cast machines efficiently.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards.
Move materials, including metal parts, throughout the cell and plant.
Set up machines and assist with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.
2+ years of production experience.
Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery.
Keen attention to detail.
Willingness to undergo up to four weeks of training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior manufacturing experience, including assembly, inspection, and general production.
Experience in automotive manufacturing.
Familiarity with die cast machinery.
Experience with aluminum and steel materials.
Quality audits and quality control experience.

Work Environment
Work in a tier 1 automotive parts manufacturing environment located in Fredericktown. The facility supports assembly, die-cast, shipping and receiving, and steel departments and operates on a 3-shift basis. Enjoy working in a clean, eco-friendly facility with a diverse workforce. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $19.95/hr.
