We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Coordination Manager for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Oversee and assist with the hiring, training and performance of Service Scheduling Coordinators.

  • Be responsible for overall contact with branch technicians and customers for the scheduling of preventative maintenance and emergency repair services.

  • Be responsible for successful implementation of various scheduling software products and other products as determined necessary.

  • Be responsible for increasing technician utilization, margin and revenue growth.

  • Be responsible for all documentation related to scheduled service.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

  • Regular physical attendance at worksite.

  • SAP experience preferred.
