Maintenance Technician (Industrial / Automated Systems)
Overview
A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability.
This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-performance, automated production systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules in coordination with plant leadership
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related equipment
Maintain and support continuous operation of automated production lines
Diagnose and resolve issues within complex industrial systems, including PLCs, drives, and control systems
Follow and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP, GFSI, and HARPC guidelines
Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce downtime and improve system performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to support plant efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience working with automated systems and industrial controls (PLCs, drives)
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Schedule
12-hour shifts
Weekend availability as needed
Night shift
