Marvelous Support Inc Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Frederick, Maryland
This role provides hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote health, safety, community inclusion, and self-determination in alignment with their Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and DDA waiver requirements. The DSP helps the agency meet COMAR staffing and training requirements while upholding DDA Participant Rights and CQL quality of life principles.
