What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily highway construction activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Direct on-site crews and subcontractors to meet project goals and quality standards.
Monitor work progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans to maintain productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental requirements, and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members to keep work on schedule.
What Are We Looking For
3 years of foreman experience in a highway construction environment.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and work orders.
Proven capability to solve problems and make timely, effective decisions in the field.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and high‑quality worksite.
Proficiency with basic construction technology, equipment operations, and documentation.
Valid driver's license
Work Environment
This role operates in an outdoor construction setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and active roadway environments. The position requires hands‑on involvement, frequent walking on uneven surfaces, and adherence to strict safety standards.
