JOB REQUIREMENTS: Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Regional Service Technicians Electrical to perform timely and accurate service in customer\'s plants, such as commissioning, troubleshooting and retrofitting of machines in the industrial automation field independently; perform technological optimization, software testing and risk assessment of highly sophisticated electrical components; instruct maintenance and operating personnel in the proper operating and maintenance procedures; make necessary \"in the field\" modifications to enable the equipment to perform to the customer\'s specifications; record all changes and modifications made to equipment; perform timely and accurate service in the customer\'s plants during installation, repairs, troubleshooting, overhauls and changeovers; direct the activities of all other Service Technicians as required; and, interface with contactors and customers/management as necessary to control project timetable. This position is based in Franklin, Wisconsin. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) with testing equipment including voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) reading blueprints, along with basic mechanical skills; o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) with Microsoft XP and 7; o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) in machine hardware (control circuits, actuators and sensors); o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) reading electrical schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including Allen Bradley and Siemens; and, o 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) in SCADA Systems and Fieldbus (Ethernet, Profi-Bus and Profi-Net). o Requires extensive travel (nearly constant up to 100%), both domestic and foreign to unanticipated client sites o Ability to reside anywhere in the U.S. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: brenda.rodriguez@kronesusa.com
